The plans

Six A3 sheets, Rev E, dated 12 October 2026. This is the set that goes to Harry.

What changed in Rev E. The gutter has moved from the front fascia to the house side, as Harry asked. The roof sheet now falls about 1.5° back to the wall. The fascia on all three sides, the timber underside and the apron flashing on the wall all stay dead level and square, so from the ground it looks the same as the existing eave.

What that costs. With the roof at its lowest against the wall, the steel arms can no longer be 100 deep inside a 145 box. They are drawn 50 deep (the same steel laid flat). An engineer has to confirm that. If the steel must be deeper, the fall has to go back to the front.

The gutter is small. About 120 wide and 35 deep, because that is the room left. It is enough for a roof this size, but it will block with leaves sooner than a deep one, so the drawings show an overflow slot through each side fascia and a guard over it.

These are concept drawings. Not engineered. Steel sizes, anchors and the footing are indicative.
